Go further, together
Join an active community of accomplished professionals navigating career transitions, together.
Our Story
Kindred was born from my own experience. After almost a decade leading People and HR for tech startups, I began plotting my own career transition. I was surprised how isolating the experience felt. I craved thought partnership, inspiration, and accountability.
I wasn’t alone, to date over 1,000 professionals have joined Kindred. We’re a collective of ambitious professionals championing one another to the next chapter.
Our members bring years of experience in startups, big tech, media, and entertainment. We share expertise and resources, provide support, and build momentum with an emphasis on reciprocity, inclusion, and authenticity.
The Kindred Community is our community offering. We meet regularly and have a lively online forum. Kindred Community is funded by donations by our members.
Why walk alone? We go further when we go together.
